- Final show date/times along with model roles in the show will not be announced/confirmed until the day of the dress fitteings/rehearsals due to the fact that all models must try on their American Girl outfits to ensure a great fit before their final outfit role is assigned.

- There is no photography allowed during the show. This is for the safety of the models when they walk the runway. Each model will have the opportunity to get her picture taken by a professional photographer at the fittings or dress rehearsals. Parents will have the opportunity to order pictures from these photo sessions. The Friday VIP show will also include an opportunity to take a picture of your model in her American Girl outfit after the show.
- Models may be required to supply footwear and accessories depending on her costume. If your daughter is wearing any of the pajamas for the show – we request she wear a slip due to the bright stage lights.
- For the event; parents will drop off their daughters and American Girl volunteers will help get her in her costume and prepared for the event. Parents get to sit back & enjoy the show.
- No food or drinks are allowed backstage at the show. Please ensure models have eaten before the show.
