We offer a wide variety of formal and informal training opportunities to help members learn, grow and apply their knowledge and experience.

Organizational Development Training

Formerly known as the Organizational Development Institute, ODT is a training conference focused on organizational growth for Leagues and personal development for Junior League leaders and members.

This three-day event will include workshops and mainstage sessions on key areas. JLM leadership provides members with updates and opportunities to participate.

A Spirit of Ongoing Leadership Development

In addition to official training programs, The Junior League of Minneapolis seeks to develop volunteers and leaders through all aspects of membership.

Members are active on committees of their choice, which provides the opportunity to gain valuable skills and try new things in a supportive and fun environment. They learn how to plan and execute successful fundraisers, develop impactful community projects, and work collaboratively with other leaders and the community at large.
