FITraiser Series: Bootcamp-Circuit Training
Join us for this year’s first JLM FITraiser for boot camp circuit training! Overview: class will begin with a five-minute warm up targeting the glutes, core and back muscles to engage and ensure great posture throughout. We will be moving station to station using barbells, dumbbells, bands BOSUs and more to get a full body strength workout with heart rate bursts in between!
Date: Saturday, October 9, 10:00 – 11:30 AM (note: we will also be having a potential new member info session at 9:30 AM beforehand)
