Join us for a fun and upbeat workout. The kickboxing workout includes intervals of high aerobic exercise on the bag with short periods of recovery off. The class will keep your body guessing and your muscles moving from start to finish, helping you maximize your workout. Strength training will be incorporated using dumbbells and/or exercise bands and body weight exercises. No previous experience needed and all levels of individual fitness can participate and modifications available to still get a great workout!
